Guides and templates

This page includes a range of guides and templates designed to assist agencies in proposal development. These support the agencies' governance, assurance, and project management arrangements, the procurement of key resources, and supporting material for proposal development itself.

Some tools and templates are stage-specific and some are generic. Before use, agencies should check whether their own agency's templates or processes are appropriate. Infrastructure Portfolio and Advisory can advise whether agency documentation aligns with Business Case Development Framework (BCDF) requirements.

As each proposed investment is unique, the templates should be tailored to fit the proposal. It is recommended that agencies liaise with Infrastructure Portfolio and Advisory to determine how to best scale and tailor the application of the BCDF to their proposal.
