Accessing our information

Administrative access scheme

The Administrative access scheme allows you to access certain information held by the department without having to apply through a formal application process under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act) or Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act).

Right to information is all about making more information available. It provides equal access to information across all sectors of the community.

Disclosure log

Our disclosure log provides details about applications made under the Right to Information Act 2009 in the past seven years. Here you can view all applications that have been made or finalised.

Publication scheme

Our publication scheme describes and categorises information related to our department. This includes our services, priorities, finances, policies, lists and registers.

Our lists and registers

We hold several public registers. These are either required by law or related to our function or the laws that we administer. Our lists and registers include publication scheme, disclosure log, legislation, and gifts and benefits.
