If a project meets the assessment criteria, does this mean the applicant will definitely receive a grant?

Funding will be offered to the most meritorious applications. There is no guarantee of approval at any stage in the process and applicants will be notified of the outcome in writing. Funding may be awarded for a different amount or with alternative conditions to that requested.
