Proponent Valeria Coal Holdings Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Glencore Coal Pty Ltd.
Location/s Approximately 27 km north-west of Emerald.

Preparation of the draft terms of reference has been pending proponent's project refinements (PDF icon 9.7MB).

14 January 2022

Commonwealth Minister for the Environment decided the project is a ‘controlled action’.
