Following the Queensland Productivity Commission (QPC) report into construction sector productivity, a review of the Queensland Government Infrastructure Pipeline (QGIP) is underway, with the intent to update it following the 2026–27 State Budget. The information below was last updated in October 2024 and reflects the 2024–25 State Budget.

These are currently being assessed by Queensland government. All proposals in planning stage are subject to government consideration and final investment decisions.
