Information asset register

Information on laws and other mechanisms the Coordinator-General can use to facilitate the planning and delivery of infrastructure including works regulations, programs of work, prescribed projects, prescribed developments and prescribed infrastructure facilities. This asset includes guidelines, factsheets, and tables and lists of:

• infrastructure projects that are declared and approved as prescribed projects; critical infrastructure projects; infrastructure facilities of significance; and project reports for works regulations.

Information on the Strong and Sustainable Resource Communities Act 2017 (SSRC Act), including an overview of the benefits for Queensland's regional communities, obligations for large resource projects, social impact assessment guides and fact sheets, a post implementation summary and report for the SSRC Act, and an interactive map and list of large resource projects and nearby regional communities.

Information on applying for a project to be declared a Coordinated Project including guides and factsheets on the declaration process, environmental impact assessment reports (EIS), impact assessments reports (IAR), compliance requirements, social impact assessments and economic impact assessments. The information includes an interactive map and lists of projects currently undergoing an EIS or IAR process, and projects for which an EIS or IAR process has been completed.

Information on the Abbot Point State Development Area (Abbot  Point SDA) including the Abbot Point SDA Development Scheme, the APSDA boundary (regulation) map, targeted landuse precinct map, and landownership information and maps.

Information on the Bromelton State Development Area  (Bromelton SDA) including the Bromelton SDA Development Scheme, the Bromelton SDA boundary (regulation) map, landuse precinct map, and landownership information and maps.

Information on the Bundaberg State Development Area  (Bundaberg SDA) including the Bundaberg SDA Development Scheme, the Bundaberg SDA boundary (regulation) map, landuse precinct map, and landownership information and maps.

Implementation of The Spit Master Plan Act 2020 - Legislation enabling the implementation of The Spit Master Plan outcomes.

The Spit Public Realm Guidelines - Companion document to The Spit Master Plan. The guidelines set out design characteristics and a minimum accepted standard of materials and finishes covering various elements of the public realm. The Spit Identity Strategy - This document sets out the cohesive visual identities created for both The Spit as a whole and a series of distinct but connected visual identities for the precincts therein.

Wayfinding and Interpretive Framework - This document specifies requirements for public realm signage selection on The Spit.

The Spit Indigenous Participation Plan - This document outlines the Implementation Partners’ commitment and approach to engaging with and facilitating social, cultural and economic opportunities for the Danggan Balun (Five Rivers) People and for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island (Indigenous) community on the Gold Coast throughout the implementation phase of The Spit Master Plan 2019 (the master plan).

The Spit Works Program - A program detailing community infrastructure and public realm works to be delivered in The Spit Master Plan area during the financial year + following three financial years.
