- Destination event investment - Round 2 2026 event applications open August 2026 and close October 2026 for events held April 2027 to June 2028.
- Regional Tourism Infrastructure Fund: Round 2 provides grants to up to $300,000 (GST exclusive) per project for eligible projects that strongly align with the fund’s objectives to drive tourism growth, promote economic development, and enhance Queensland’s global competitiveness. Applications close 9 September 2026.
- Tourism Business Capability Subsidy provides Queensland tourism and event businesses with subsidies to access training and accreditation programs.
- Pathways to Industry Excellence – Queensland Tourism Industry Council free online learning initiative designed to build a more sustainable, resilient, and world-leading visitor economy for Queensland.
- Tourism Business Capability Subsidy QLD provides $2,000 to Queensland tourism and event industry businesses to access training and accreditation programs. Closes 30 September 2026.
- Connecting Queensland Fund will help unlock new international and domestic air routes, more frequent services, better connections to the regions and thousands of new jobs. This fund will build on the Attracting Aviation Investment Fund .
- Manage sustainability in tourism provides steps to guide tourism operators on how to be more sustainable.
- Our Country Advisory Service provides targeted support, advice, toolkits and voice to emerging and established Indigenous tourism operators, sectoral aligned businesses, and community owned organisations, helping businesses to establish and grow their tourism products and services.
