• Active Transport Fund provides funding for the upgrade of existing, and construction of new, bicycle and walking pathways across Australia. Applications close 30 September 2026.
• Infrastructure for Multicultural Communities The Australian Government is inviting organisations to apply for the construction, upgrade or extension of infrastructure for multicultural communities. Applications close 12 November 2026.
• Small Business Month opportunities to get involved for businesses and local councils – held in May 2026.
• Snapshot Climate tool provides greenhouse gas emissions profiles for Australian councils (local government areas), regions, federal electorates, states and territories which are free to download.
• Queensland STEM Engagement Grants support scientists, local governments, organisations, citizen science groups, tourism operators and community organisations to deliver STEM-focused events, educational activities, engagement initiatives or projects across Queensland. Applications close 29 September 2026.
