Leadership, mentoring and coaching

• Mentoring for Growth program connects Queensland small businesses with access to volunteer business mentors to tackle growth opportunities and challenges – free of charge. When participating in the M4G program, businesses are matched with mentors’ that have experience and expertise with the business problem or challenge that has been identified. Mentors are drawn from a Queensland-wide pool of currently over 400 volunteer mentors, and all have experience in coaching and/or developing businesses.
• A range of accredited and non-accredited leadership and management courses are available online and on-campus through TAFE Queensland.
• TAFE Queensland also offers free micro-credentials to help supervisors mentor an apprentice or trainee.
