Real progress is underway across Gympie, Maryborough and Hervey Bay—with the foundations for new homes being built right now.

For many Queenslanders, having a place to call home close to family, work and community is what matters most.

Through the Residential Activation Fund (RAF), essential infrastructure is being delivered to get new housing developments moving. That includes the behind-the-scenes work that makes a big difference. Things like water, roads, drainage and power.

In Maryborough’s Tinana, there’s infrastructure upgrades bringing new homes at Kingfisher Park Estate a step closer. In Gympie, improvements to water infrastructure will help open up land for future housing. And in Hervey Bay, major road upgrades are making it easier to support growing neighbourhoods.

It’s all part of making sure communities are ready to grow—not just now, but into the future.

These projects are already making an impact, progressing less than a year after they were announced. And they’re just the beginning, with more projects underway right across Queensland in communities where people can put down roots, connect and build their lives.
