Milestones
  • Complete – Commitment planning, infrastructure scoping and project selection
  • Complete – Complete water and sewer project for Neighbourhood Development Plan 1 by Unitywater
  • Q1 2026 – Construction underway for Bellmere Road Corridor Upgrade project
  • Q2 2026 – Construction underway for Caboolture River Road - Morayfield Road to Grant Road project
  • Q2 2028 – Completion of investment from Queensland Government and City of Moreton Bay

Led by the Queensland Government, in partnership with Moreton Bay Regional Council, in collaboration with the Australian Government.

Investment $210 million (including $100 million loan).
