Infrastructure pipelines

There are a number of public and private sector infrastructure pipelines providing early insights and current information on infrastructure projects planned or currently underway.

Queensland Government

The  Queensland Government Infrastructure Pipeline (QGIP) demonstrates the Government’s commitment to statewide and regional priorities through a periodically updated view of infrastructure investment and proposals in planning and delivery. It provides industry with visibility of the whole-of-government infrastructure pipeline, creating confidence and enabling workforce planning.

The Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program 2017–18 to 2020–21 (QTRIP) is a Department of Transport and Main Roads investment program that outlines current and planned investments in transport and road infrastructure over the next four years..

Australian Government

The Infrastructure Priority List is Infrastructure Australia‘s advice to the Australian Government on nationally significant infrastructure priorities that should be considered for Australian Government investment over the next 10 years.

Industry and business

The Queensland Major Contractor’s Association (QMCA), with contributing partners, produces an annual report that identifies the pipeline of major engineering construction projects in Queensland over the next decade with a specific focus on the next five years.

The Australia & New Zealand Infrastructure Pipeline (ANZIP) is produced by Infrastructure Partnerships Australia. It provides a consolidated view of major infrastructure construction activity across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on largescale projects and investable greenfield and brownfield opportunities.
