Fitzgibbon Chase, Fitzgibbon

Fitzgibbon Chase is a master planned community located in Fitzgibbon, 13 km north of the Brisbane CBD and minutes from public transport, shopping and other amenities. Commencing in 2009, it was designed to deliver low, medium and high-density housing to meet the community's needs, both in terms of affordability and choice of home. In total, 1350 homes were delivered.

  • Final precinct developed was The Nest – a mix of convenience retail, child care centre and essential services with unique small businesses and open outdoor space
