This project will construct an 11.4 kilometre interconnecting water main between Forrest Beach and Ingham to meet the demands of the growing population of Forrest Beach. The project will also install a 3.7 km pipe along Bosworths Road from Forrest Beach Road to the Warrens Hill Transfer Station and surrounding properties. Forrest Beach has the only standalone bore water supply in the Hinchinbrook Shire and this project will provide residents with a safe, reliable and affordable water supply.
